Regular Maid Service
Throughout entire apartment (inside):
- Vacuum all carpeted areas
- Sweep and wash all non-carpeted floor areas, including entryway
- Remove all cobwebs
- Dust all windowsills and ledges
Kitchen:
- Clean all exterior surfaces including counter tops, appliances, and cabinet doors
- Clean and degrease stove top burner drip catchers
- Clean and sanitize kitchen sink*
- Shine all chrome fixtures
- Clean inside and under microwave
- Wipe down top of refrigerator
- Sweep and wash floor
- Empty trash and replace liner
* Please Note: Cleaning dishes is the responsibility of the resident.
Living Room:
- Dust and clean all furniture
- Dust and straighten lampshades
- Clean mirrors
Bedrooms:
- Launder one set of sheet, towels, and pillow cases during each maid service.**
- Make beds neatly with mattress pad, fitted sheet and flat sheets, blanket and bedspread
- Clean and dust all furniture
- Dust and straighten lampshades
Bathrooms:
- Clean and sanitize toilet, bathtub, and sink
- Treat mold and mildew with bleach
- Clean counter tops
- Shine all chrome fixtures including shower head
- Clean mirrors
- Wipe down cabinet doors as needed
- Empty waste basket and replace liner
- Sweep and wash floor
- Remove cobwebs
- Launder up to two bath towels, two hand towels, and two wash cloths per bedroom**
- Neatly fold and hang towels on towel rack, placing any remaining clean towels in closet neatly folded.
**Please Note: With our team of maids working together in each apartment time does not allow for multiple loads of laundry so cleaning additional sets of towels and sheets are the responsibility of the resident as are any of the resident's personal laundry.
